1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Perishable items (juices, salads, puddings) are non-refundable, unless there is a proven quality issue.

3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
4. No Refunds for:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas & Timings
- We currently deliver within Kukatpally, Hyderabad and nearby areas.
- Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday (No deliveries on Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders placed before [cut-off time] will be delivered the same day.
2. Shipping Charges
- Monthly Package Subscribers: Free delivery.
- Regular Orders: A small delivery fee may apply based on location.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
